DY Energy is a Polish construction company building ground-mount solar parks in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland and France. We have a large volume of work. We are looking for crews and companies — from a brigade with a foreman to a full subcontractor — on a piece-rate basis, matched to your size and experience.
We work with subcontracting companies, tight-knit crews with their own foreman, and teams that already have experience on solar power plants.
We also consider teams currently working inside other companies but wanting to move into a more independent format and take on projects directly.
If you have a team and experience, we can offer several cooperation options — from working as a standalone brigade to a full subcontractor with its own projects.
Where needed, we help with company setup and paperwork so that you can operate as an independent unit on our projects.
We have a constant flow of work on industrial solar power plants across Europe. Main countries — Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. Then Poland, France and the Baltic states.
The main type of project is ground-mount fields. Rooftop projects also come up, but in smaller volumes.
Project capacity — from 5 to 100 MW. We work to European quality and safety standards and deliver real volumes.
We need teams that can work at pace, hit deadlines and take responsibility for on-site results. If something is new — we will show and teach, the main thing is the willingness to work.
We provide the volume, you deliver on your section. Payment — only for completed volume, no hours. Three formats to choose from:
We hand over the whole project. All works on you: earthworks, pile driving, structure assembly, module installation, DC and AC, fencing. You manage your people, equipment and schedule. We provide the project, coordinate with the client and cover the organisational side. You are responsible for execution.
We hand over one large block of work: all structure assembly on the site, all module installation, all DC or all AC. You come in with your own brigade and close your section. Bring your own equipment or use ours — negotiable.
Targeted work inside our projects: pile driving, site prep, fence installation, specific DC- or AC-operations. For teams strong in one particular task and ready to move through several of our projects back-to-back.
